GRIEF
Over the years I have lost so many people. The hardest losses were my dad, my brother, my sister and my best friend.
In 2020 alone I lost 6 people. I tell you all of this to share that going through a divorce is alot like losing someone in death.

There are 7 stages in grieving:
- Shock and Denial
- Pain and guilt
- Anger
- Depression
- Upward turn
- Reconstruction
- Acceptance and Hope
You may experience one or two of these stages or all 7. They also may not be in this order. There is no time limit on how long you grieve.
Some ideas for dealing with grief:
- Talk about it.
- Look after yourself
- Acknowledge your feelings
- Join a support group
- preserve memories (scrapbooking or tattoos)
- Return to life as normal when you can.

THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT ON GRIEF
